No. Tell us what's slow, repetitive or frustrating. We'll tell you plainly whether AI helps, and if it doesn't, we'll say so and suggest something simpler.
It depends on what you already run. Microsoft 365 shops often start with Copilot, Google shops with Gemini, and many teams do best with ChatGPT or Claude business plans. We're tool-agnostic and recommend based on your workflows and data.
We set you up on business-grade accounts where your data isn't used to train the models, configure who can access what, and write a clear usage policy so your team knows what's safe to share.
Assessments are a fixed price. Tool setup, training and custom builds are quoted flat after a short call, and ongoing advice is a simple monthly retainer. No hourly billing surprises.
Most of our work is under NDA, so we don't publish it. On a call we can walk through similar problems we've solved, and share references with client permission.
Yes. Scanning, CAD, reverse engineering and prototyping are still a core part of what we do. Increasingly, we pair them with software, like a quoting tool built on your own part library.
You own it outright, with documentation. If you want changes or ongoing support later, we can quote that separately. There's no required subscription.
