  • All products are custom-made to order. Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.
  • Typical processing times are 5–7 business days after your order is placed and payment is received.
  • During peak times or for large orders, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver your order. The carrier used will depend on the size and destination of the shipment.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • TS Design Works LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@tsdesignworks.net within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional shipping fees to reship the package.
