At TS Design Works, all of our products are custom-made or personalized to your specifications. Due to the unique nature of these items, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@tsdesignworks.net within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
